Joseph A. Blankenship

Vice President and Corporate Controller

Mr. Blankenship has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since December 2004. Before joining Matria, he was a financial consultant serving both private and public companies. Mr. Blankenship served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Healthcare.com from July 1999 through August 2001. He previously served as Vice President - Controller, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer of Healthcare.com from January 1999 through June 1999. Prior thereto, Mr. Blankenship served as Corporate Controller of Decorative Home Accents, Inc., a textile manufacturer, from October 1996 to December 1998, and as Director of Accounting of Allegiant Physician Services, Inc., a healthcare services company, from April 1994 to October 1996.

Mr. Blankenship received a bachelor's degree in accounting from West Virginia University in 1992.
