Roberta L. McCaw

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. McCaw has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since March 2006. Previously, Ms. McCaw held the Vice President of Legal, General Counsel and Secretary position from April 1998 to March 2006 and served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since January 1998. Prior thereto, she served as Assistant General Counsel since joining Matria in July 1996. Prior to Matria, Ms. McCaw was a Partner in the Connecticut law firm of Tyler, Cooper & Alcorn from 1990 to 1996 and Associate in the firm from 1983 to 1990. While with the law firm, Ms. McCaw specialized in general corporate and healthcare law.

Ms. McCaw earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Cleveland State University in 1977 and her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1983. Ms. McCaw is a Certified Public Account and a member of the American Bar Association.
