Guy W. Millner

Chairman of AssuranceAmerica Corp. and Founder of Norrell Services

Guy W. Millner has served as a director of the Company since October 2000. Mr. Millner is Chairman of the Board of Directors for AssuranceAmerica Corp., a public specialty auto insurance company. In 1961, Mr. Millner founded Norrell Corp., a $1.5 billion New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) company that was merged with Spherion (NYSE: SFN) on July 2, 1999. Mr. Millner is active in the community through the YMCA and United Way.
