Yvonne V. Scoggins

Senior Vice President of Business Analysis

Ms. Scoggins has served as Senior Vice President of Business Analysis since March 2006 and was appointed Vice President of Corporate Finance in August 2004 after serving as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis since February 2001. From January 1998 to February 2001, she served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior thereto, Ms. Scoggins served as Vice President and Controller since the formation of the company through the merger of Healthdyne Maternity Management and Tokos Medical Corporation in March 1996 and Vice President and Controller of Healthdyne, Inc. from May 1995 until March 1996.

Previously, Ms. Scoggins served as Vice President of Planning & Financial Analysis of Healthdyne, Inc. from May 1993 until May 1995, Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Home Nutritional Services, Inc. from February 1990 to April 1993, Vice President, Controller & Treasurer of Healthdyne, Inc. from June 1985 to January 1990, Corporate Treasurer for Healthdyne, Inc. from September 1984 to May 1985 and Director of Investor Relations/Assistant Secretary of Healthdyne, Inc. from March 1982 to August 1984. Prior to joining Healthdyne in 1982, Ms Scoggins was associated with KPMG Peat Marwick from 1974 to 1982, where she served as Audit Manager from 1979 to 1982.

Ms. Scoggins earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida State University in 1973 and received her Certification of Public Accountancy in 1976.
